Death, Cellulite and Taxes

Happy Friday! I hope all is great.

I feel a huge relief! I finally did my taxes today.
I always wait until the last few days and the anxiety starts to build up a bit but
I’m good once I’m done with it, which I am now so I’m feeling good!

Taxes are for sure a very boring topic and death, so somber, but cellulite on the other
hand…some much more exciting. Exciting because cellulite free is something you constantly have
to work toward achieving or maintaining. If you don’t pay attention and are sloppy with your habits it will
creep up on you, for sure. So…it always keeps you on your toes focused on destruction,
and that’s exciting!

Regardless of how skinny or big you are is seems as though cellulite
always creeps up and causes those nasty unwanted ripples you can see through your pants
(white or any light color especially). There are many things you can do to combat cellulite…
and by the way, an exclusive cardio workout is not one of them.

To get rid of and keep cellulite off your bum you have to practice a combination of things, healthy eating,
resistance and cardio workouts. Below are some basics on having a cellulite free bum.

Sprinkle Flaxseed on Your Breakfast
Flaxseed supports estrogen levels and boosts collagen growth. Collagen is the main component of connective
tissue; by strengthening the skin, it helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons each day on oatmeal,
cereal and yogurt, or you can eat the seeds alone to prevent the formation of cellulite.

Drink 8-10 Glasses of Water Daily
Water helps flush out toxins that hide in the fat layers beneath the skin and make cellulite lumps even more visible.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Hydration also works to plump the skin and make it look less lumpy.

Avoid Too Much Salt and Sugar
By eating a healthy diet, you can help reduce cellulite. First, avoid too much sugar,
which gets stored in fat cells and causes them to expand. Second, limit salt intake,
since sodium causes fluid retention, making cellulite appear even worse.

Massage Devices
Massage devices actually DO work. Here’s why: Cellulite develops because fibrous connective bands between the skin
and fat pull the fat to the surface, creating a rippled skin appearance. By creating friction, you can loosen or soften those
bands temporarily. Massage helps by stimulating circulation and draining excess fluids. When the fat cells aren’t as “full,”
the lumps appear smoothed. Try a massage product with battery-powered rollers.

Incorporate those tips and well as regular Camp workouts…oh, and go for 6 times per week,
our bodies are designed to work hard. I promise you can take it.

We had such great results when we offered Beast and Alter Beast Mode testing 3 months ago we decided to offer you
an organized program with 8 different ranks to work toward. We will be testing once a month,
let your trainer know if you are interested. You don’t have to be a super athlete to test, the levels are
broken up from beginner to advanced.
It’s a great way to track your progress and work toward a goal.

1st Test date is Saturday, May 11 at 9:30am.
